2.5 HP Yamaha Outboard 4 Stroke Short Shaft - 2.5 hp - needs tiller, clamp and carb cleaned or rebuilt
This motor was off a bumper boat, it was mounted straight down with no tiller handle. It need the tiller handle and transom clamp assembly. The carb was very plugged up, I cleaned it some but it needs work. I had this running by spraying gas in the carb and the engine started right up and sounded good. The carb will need rebuilt or replaced. The lower unit worked fine. The cover is cracked, but still clips down fine. Thanks, |

Briefs all in for Car Design Awards China 2014

Created to discover the latest crop of Chinese design talent, this year's contest – open to full-time students studying a design discipline of any kind in China – features briefs from Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Geely, JAC, Qoros and UD Trucks. Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-Benz has asked participants to study the average Chinese family, their lifestyle and habits and design the most suitable Mercedes-Benz car concept imaginable for them in the future.
2014 World Car Awards shortlist announced
Wed, 12 Feb 2014The shortlist of finalists for the 2014 World Car Awards (WCAs) has been announced, revealing the cars that will compete for the 2014 World Car of the Year, as well as the World Luxury Car, the World Performance Car, the World Green Car and the World Car Design 2014 awards. MSN Cars’ very own Peter Burgess is amongst the 69 global motoring journalists who have whittled down the contenders in each of the categories – there are supposed to be 10 of each, but some tied results at this stage mean some of the awards have slightly more finalists this year. The next stage reduces the field down to three cars vying for each award.
