Ford S-Max Vignale concept (2014) first official pictures
Tue, 08 Apr 2014By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 08 April 2014 11:00 This is the Ford S-Max Vignale concept. What makes this MPV design study so curious is the fact it’s essentially a top-spec version of a car that isn’t even on sale yet. Cadillac ELR – a posh Chevy Volt: 2013 Detroit Auto Show
Tue, 15 Jan 2013The Cadillac ELR – a range extender Cadillac with the running gear from the Chevrolet Volt – has been revealed at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. Joining the Chevrolet Volt and Vauxhall Ampera as the third version of GM’s range-extender pitch at the EV market, the two-door Cadillac ELR is a convincing looking offering with swoopy looks, wheels at the corners, a great big nose (that can close for better aerodynamics), dramatic LED headlights, steeply raked screen and lots of sharp creases. The interior of the ELR looks as appealing as the exterior, with lashings of decent leather, digital instruments, Bose sound with noise cancellation, carbon inserts and even powered cupholders.
Audi A1 prices start at £13,145 in UK
Thu, 06 May 2010Audi’s new A1 supermini has gone on UK sale today, priced from £13,145 for a 1.2 TFSI SE trim model to £18,280 for a range-topping 1.4 TFSI auto. That pitches the A1 slightly above the Mini, whose boggo First three-door kicks off at £12,620. But study the two rival supermini ranges from Audi and BMW more closely and you’ll see they’re quite evenly matched.
