The Black Ceramic Rotor boasts a weight of 1.80 pounds, equal to half the weight of the cast iron OEM rotor. The Black Ceramic Rotor is an Aluminum/Ceramic composite providing increased thermal conductivity. The Black Ceramic Rotor’s internally ventilated design and Aluminum/Ceramic composite results in a shorter thermal recovery time, allowing heat to dissipate faster.

This is Volkswagen's next SUV, just revealed at the 2013 Detroit motor show. Called the CrossBlue, it's a 'mid-sized' six-seat SUV aimed specifically at the American market. Yet judging by these images, and to these European eyes, there doesn’t seem to be much ‘mid-sized’ about it – it's a mammoth five metres long, coming in at 200mm longer than a VW Touareg.

Top Gear test track added to Google Street View

TOP GEAR fans can follow in the tyre tracks of The Stig after the BBC show's test track was added to Google Street View. The location at Dunsfold Aerodrome, Surrey, has been the venue for star guests such as Benedict Cumberbatch and Damian Lewis to drive a lap for the programme. Test driver The Stig - at the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black - accompanied the Google car as it did a circuit of the 2.82km track.
