This auction is for one OEM 16" hubcap in decent condition with solid clips and ring. It does have quite a bit of scuffing and scratches as shown. I will sand most of it but some are pretty deep so it won't be perfect. Once I do that I will blend them with close matching paint so they are less noticeable once mounted. Part# is 42602-06080 or 42602-33130. The back will be cleaned before it is shipped.

Audi R8 e-tron Nurburgring record run on video

Tue, 07 Aug 2012

Audi has revealed video of the complete Nurburgring lap by the Audi R8 e-tron in 8:09, a new lap record for an EV. The Nurburgring is not the first place you’d associate with an electric car. After all, it’s fuelled on adrenalin, testosterone and the sound of V8s, V10s and V12s – not batteries and whooshing noises.

But now, thanks to a Japanese Magazine scan, we have a pretty good idea what Toyota’s new Auris/Corolla is going to look like, and it seems to be the current Auris with a dose of Lexus thrown in for good measure.

Skoda Rapid Spaceback (2013) at Frankfurt motor show

Mon, 15 Jul 2013

This is the new Skoda Rapid Spaceback that’s basically an estate version of the Rapid hatchback that was launched in the UK last year. Skoda wants its miniature Audi A3 Sportback-lookalike to appeal to young buyers and trendy youthful families when the car goes on sale this October, and it shouldn’t cost much more than the regular Rapid, which starts at £12,905. Skoda Rapid Spaceback – more space you-know-where, then?
