This listing is for a New Original, never mounted or used on a MC, Hand Bent By Pops himself.... 4 into 1 exhaust
that I found over 15 years ago, in a stash of very rare parts in NJ that came from the old Yoshimura East dealer. Shown in the catalog from 1972, but these pipes were used and raced on the Pops Yoshimura CR750 Kit bike at Daytona 1972 with Gary Fisher as the pilot. This I believe was the first 4 into 1 design, ever used on a 4 cylinder machine ever. Our M3 Racing team has used a pipe like that at Daytona with Gary Nixon on board and you can see and hear the fantastic sound by searching You Tube at Daytona warm up Honda CR750 or contact me for internet address. Please serous bidders only, this is not something for average street MC, but for the serious builder or collector that appreciates its provenance and history. I sold 3 of these 15 years ago that all went for over 3500.00 USD each

Kia Naimo concept

Thu, 31 Mar 2011

As the Seoul Motor Show starts today, Thursday 31st March, Kia is debuting the Naimo all-electric concept. The concept takes its name from the Korean word ‘Ne-mo' meaning square shape - something that lends itself to the Naimo's aesthetic. The crossover utility vehicle, or CUV, was conceived by Kia's international design team in Seoul and is characterized by its ‘simple lines and solid, muscular stance.' The simple overall design sports such interjecting details as the wrap-around windscreen and asymmetric sunroof.  This mixture of simple and complex is a reference to the common traits of many traditional Korean arts and crafts.  The Naimo's interior was designed to evoke a strong sense of tranquility and features hand-crafted materials throughout such as Korean oak on the floor and door cards, with "Han-ji" paper being used for the head lining. Juxtaposing these traditional elements are modern features such as the transparent organic led display instrument panel.

Car Design News attended the opening at OMA – located not far from the VW plant – to talk with Veiga about art and design.
