This listing is for stage 2 street porting one twin cylinder 2-valve head. Head will be fully inspected prior to beginning work. This port job is intended for high performance street use and is our best bang for the buck package. Valve seats get fully blended into the port, valve guide bosses are re-shaped, port bowls and short turn radius are contoured for greatly improved efficiency, and all remaining areas are smoothed to remove casting imperfections. This service does not include combustion chamber work or port matching to manifolds or headers but that is available as well.
Once this service is purchased simply ship your head to our shop and it will be completed and sent back within one week. Please ship your head disassembled unless you are also having a full head rebuild done as well. A US version of the Vauxhall Vectra – the Saturn Aura – has won North American Car of the Year.
