Item has GEMLUX latches that lock and the item does come with keys to lock/unlock the storage doors. In of the storage spaces, you could store your tackle box's and many other things as well. 

Item seems to have been installed. Does have a fair amount of damage along the sides, back and the front either from being installed or being stored in warehouse. Does have holes in the back from previous installation. Has a slight indention on the left door (if your facing the item). You are buying what you are seeing.
