We are not dealers of any items featured on Ebay.  We carry salvaged items new and used.  Some items may be damaged or not in their original packaging.  All listing should be verified with seller.  

Know the correct model, part number or item number (where applicable) before purchasing one of our items listed. Our items, although they may be new, they may have damaged packaging and may be need a cleaning. If you are purchasing a used item, there maybe signs of wear but still very useable. If we describe the item as repairable, (meaning it may need to be repaired), then we are taking into consideration the item's value before the repair is rendered. Due to previous ownership of some of our items, they may have been mislabeled or misidentified. If your item isn't labeled or listed correctly please email us and we will correct or mistake. If you are unhappy with your item please email us through ebay so we can resolve your issue. We work to ensure our clients are satisfied with there buying experience.

 RETURNS

We accept returns for defective items or items not properly described but NOT electrical parts. If you wish to return an item just email us within (14) days of receiving the part and return the item. If you have a valid claim, we will refund your purchase and all shipping expenses (Parcel Post) to include return shipping of the item.
