This is a vintage Cessna Navomatic 200A autopilot(Type AF-295A) owner's manual that does not have any torn pages or writing on the pages. There are a total of 9 pages. Mayor George Ferguson said that work will start in 2014 to re-commission the 26 speed and traffic light cameras that lost funding from central government in 2011.
