WOOD HANDLE PAINT IS FADING OFF AND RUST ON SOME OF THE METAL PARTS.
Brand:RAPIER Country/Region of Manufacture:United Kingdom

Not sure how this tool works other than it's a screwdriver, but hard to explain, but the middle part which looks like a drill bit goes into the large metal part on the tool. It is a vintage automobile tool. The car guys will know. It is a Rapier no.1 and was made by Anglo Scottish Tool Co. Ltd. England. The wood handle paint is fading off and there is some rust on some of the metal parts. On the larger metal part near the wood handle is a little lever that pushes up, but not sure what it does.  Sorry, clueless when it comes to these tools. I will have a few old auto tools on this week and will combine shipping according to size and weight.
I can ship this parcel small parcel air to the USA and Internationally, please note there is no tracking number and no insurnace for loss or damage. Shipping within Canada will be expedited with a tracking no. and insurance for loss, not damage.

Thu, 18 Oct 2012

Volkswagen has added the VW Passat Highline at the top of the Passat, replacing the Passat SE and adding more equipment. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the VW Passat; it’s well built and very able. It’s just very anonymous and rather dull.
