Vintage Mr Gasket Or Moroso Velocity Stacks Dual Quad Tunnel Ram Gasser on 2040-parts.com

Location:

Rensselaer, Indiana, United States

Rensselaer, Indiana, United States
Condition:Used Brand:Moroso or MrGasket

These stacks are from the 60s or 70s.
They have no manufacture's markings but my best guess would be they were made by Moroso or MrGasket.
I got them used nearly 25 years ago and they were old then.

When I first got them, I polished up the outside of one stack because it had some scratches in the gold anodizing. I never did get around to doing the other stack as you can see by looking at the photos.
Thought someone else may want to finish it up and put them back in use on a period gasser/ drag car. They would be great on a tunnel ram or blower.

They fit the standard Holley and Edelbrock carbs with the 5 1/8" neck. Stacks are 3 1/2" tall and 8" dia. at the top of rolled bell.

Comes as shown in the pictures with the one stack hold down strap removed for polishing and the rivits included to reassemble.

I will ship these Free in the lower 48 states.
If you need these shipped elsewhere give me a call and I will work with you to get them sent out to you for what ever extra post office fees there happens to be to your shipping address.

Thanks for the interest in my auctions and all bids.

Euro Car Parts sold for £225 million

Wed, 05 Oct 2011

Euro Car Parts Sold for £225 million There was a time, a very long time ago, where Euro Car Parts was an almost hidden secret, supplying manufacturer standard parts for higher end cars at prices that were much more affordable. The key to Euro Car Parts success was supplying parts which seemed to be sourced from the same suppliers as the car maker itself, but sold without the same huge margins. This writer was an avid fan of Euro Car Parts as a struggling young dad with a penchant for cars he couldn’t really afford; Euro Car Parts – and weekends with a toolbox and oily hands – kept a succession of luxury and performance cars on the road on a shoestring, but without compromising quality.

Porsche finally becomes a VW company

Thu, 05 Jul 2012

Volkswagen has announced it is to finalise its takeover of Porsche by buying the remaining 50.1 per cent of Porsche stock for €4.46 billion. The takeover of Porsche by VW has been a long and rocky road, but then family fallouts are always messy. It all started with Porsche attempting to consume VW, but some clever manoeuvring by Ferdinand Piech thwarted the efforts of his cousin, Wolfgang Porsche, to swallow up his business and the financial crisis saw Porsche rack up €10 billion in debt in the process.
