Good little project trailer. Sleeps 3-4. Has mini fridge, stove, hot water heater, and heater on board. No major damage or deluge type leaks. Some sealing and a new owner can be happy with it being EASY TO REGISTER! Have keys for doors-rear storage door handle is stuck. Tows nicely-lights will be operational for its journey home. Utilities will need going over as they have not been used for some time. Has been used on private property as the grown ups tent for 10 years. Just time for it to be put into a new owners hands.
