Nope your not dreaming, this is a find of a lifetime! Original barn find one of the holy grails for caddy fans, Edelbrock tri-power CD-693 aluminum intake unmolested! This is a vintage Edelbrock CD-693 tri power intake manifold  that fits 1949-1962 Cadillac V8 engines. This will fit 331, 365, and 390 cubic inch engines. Has been stored in a barn for about 30 years. The manifold has no cracks or damage anywhere and has never been welded on or repaired. Has one small notch cut out on one ear as shown in pics. It still has that rat rod dirty look to it, because I liked the patina. If you don't want the patina, I will media blast at your request after purchase at no additional charge, but I personally like the patina. Also includes to shields to run a single carb, ultra rare and hard to find in their own right. I am listing this for $1,999, but am open to reasonable offers. $500 is not reasonable for this rare of a piece so low balling will not work here! Send me a good offer worst I can say is no. If you are a caddy fanatic you know how hard these are to find, and you know you gotta have to satisfy your craving! Happy E-baying and be sure and check out my other items for sale!

A9 cameras already curbing speeders

Wed, 18 Jun 2014

NEWLY-INSTALLED cameras on one of Scotland's most notorious roads are already cutting drivers' speed. The average-speed cameras on the A9 have not yet been switched on, but have nonetheless seen the number of motorists breaking the speed the limit on the Perth to Pitlochry stretch drop from one in three to one in 10. Work began to install the devices from Perth to Inverness last month, one of a number of planned measures to improve safety on the main route connecting central Scotland and the Highlands.

Ford promote accessible & affordable technology in new campaign

Wed, 26 Jun 2013

Ford’s Active Park Assist parks a Focus on the roof of a skyscraper We do sometimes moan that cars are becoming so clever that it won’t be long before the driver’s just the blobby thing behind the wheel to keep an eye open as clever technology does its stuff. That said, modern technology is certainly doing wonders for tasks that many find irksome and difficult behind the wheel, and Ford are cleverly tapping in to their new technology to demonstrate just how helpful their new cars now are for the stressed driver with the Ford Primary Brand campaign. Ford‘s new Primary Brand campaign is focusing on technology like the new(ish) Active Park Assist that uses sensors to measure parking spaces as you drive by (not too quickly – you have to give it a chance) and then, at the push of a button – with the driver just following instructions for brake, gears and accelerator – neatly parks your new Ford for you.
