This is a compound meter. The face is 3 5/8" round. It has no name on it other than "Made in Taiwan". It came in a box of boat parts. I blew into the tube and the needle moves, but I'm not sure how else to test it. The hose in in good condition. There are some scratches on the face, but it looks good and solid. Please see shipping calculator for actual postage cost for US sales. I guarantee you that if you are overcharged by $2 or more for shipping, I will refund that amount to you. Always happy to combine shipping. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
