Or for less than the price of an AP servo you get a whole system. Basic Operation Once the aircraft is off the ground and at a safe altitude, the autopilot can be engaged. There are two ways to engage the autopilot. Pressing the 'On-Off' button will engage the autopilot. If a GPS signal is present, the autopilot will display the current track and will now hold the track. If there is no GPS signal the display will show “–| – |–” and will be in “heading hold” mode instead of track hold mode. The second way to engage the autopilot is with the Control-Wheel Switch, pushing and holding the control wheel switch for approximately 1-1/2 seconds and releasing will engage the autopilot. Australian F1 Grand Prix Qualifying: Postponed until Sunday by heavy rain
Sat, 16 Mar 2013Final qualifying for the 2013 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne has been postponed until Sunday by torrential rain and poor light. The 2013 Australian Grand Prix is the opening event for the new F1 season, but the new season is off to a difficult start after torrential rain in Melbourne has forced the postponement of qualifying until Sunday morning – just before the race itself is due to start. Race Director Charlie Whiting called time on qualifying this morning after just the first knockout round when the heavy rain – and fading light – made it too dangerous to continue the knockout session.

This made-up-by-Ferrari record was for the fastest time round the Nurburgring by a road based car, or so Ferrari claimed. Of course, they were wrong on so many levels, despite the 599xx setting a cracking time of 6m 58.16s.
