Domino's Pizza Ultimate Delivery Vehicle contest winner announced

Slovenia's Anej Kostrevc has been announced as the winner of the Domino's Ultimate Delivery Vehicle competition, launched in collaboration with Local Motors. Kostrevc's entry, dubbed ‘Pack', earned him $10,000 and Domino's has announced its intention to build a prototype based upon his winning design. ‘Pack' – which is reminiscent of the Renault Twizy – is a compact, agile vehicle with multiple storage solutions designed to easily navigate the urban environment while overcoming different weather and road conditions.

The growth of manufacturing in Asia has minted more than a few wealthy people--the target audience for Bugatti. The French-based boutique carmaker took two examples of the Veyron to this week's Shanghai motor show--the Asian debut for the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport and an individually customized 16.4 Grand Sport. The Veyron 16.4 Super Sport in Shanghai wears black-colored carbon-fiber bodywork, accented with polished and anodized aluminum trim such as the badges and wheels.

Toyota FT-86 II Tease Just last week we finally got the first concrete news on the Subaru half of the Toyobura project that seems to have been bouncing around forever. Well, certainly since Toyota first rolled out the Toyota FT-86 Concept at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2009. Which made is believe that the whole Rear-Wheel Drive Sports Car Technology Concept designed to deliver an affordable, traditional-style rear-wheel drive sports car at a sensible price (when we first saw the Toyota FT-86 we were told around £17.5k ) was finally going to bear fruit.
