Item Inspection

Buyer is responsible to read and understand all terms and sale policies before purchase.

·          It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their judgment to have thoroughly read the advertised condition including photos supplied, or personally inspected the item and to have satisfied themselves regarding the condition and value prior to bidding.

·          The Buyer will be given the opportunity to inspect the item to make sure it is as described.

·          All items are sold As-Is, as described in our listing with no warranty after the sale is completed.  Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be misconstrued as an offer or statement of the Seller offering any warranty on the item of any type.

Monday – Friday

8:oo am – 5:00pm EST

Please send us a message through eBay to arrange a date and time for picking up your item(s). Plan to arrive M-F before 3:30 p.m. for loading

Accepted Payment:

PayPal only. All sales are final.

Upon winning the item, the Buyer is responsible for:

·          Paying within 72 hours.

If the Buyer fails to contact TROSA Inc and submit  payment, or if final payment is not made within the specified terms, Seller reserves the right to:

·          Cancel the sale and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale, and/or

·          Re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.

Transport:

Buyer is responsible for picking up item from TROSA Inc. buyer must pick item up from our main campus address within 14 days or be charged a storage fee of $15 per day starting on the 15th day after the sale. 

Buyer must provide their own vehicle, hitch and any other items need to remove the motor from property.
