If your Saab 93 t Sport Sedan (NOT Vector, Aero or Arc) MY 03 to 05 with "2.0t" engine ONLY (8th VIN is "S") fails emissions or shows a Check Engine Light because of a P0033 code, the turbo bypass/blow-off valve diaphragm probably has a hole in it. All Saab Bypass Valves can be tested by taking a length of vacuum hose, connect to the bypass port on the right side of the turbo and hook to a vacuum source (or you) and see if it holds vacuum. This is the repair diaphragm ONLY. If Saab has the genuine # 55558271 it goes for $335. The Garrett part is unavailable.
