Audi Sketches Out Plans For Its New Tt

WITH the launch of its new model just around the corner, Audi has released design sketches as a teaser for its forthcoming third generation TT. The sports coupe has proven to be a popular model for the German firm, and next month will see the unveiling of the latest version at the influential Geneva Motor Show. GM shelves Camaro convertible, Z28

General Motors has delayed indefinitely the Chevrolet Camaro convertible and Z28 high-performance variant to save cash, sources say. GM also has tabled plans to add a four-cylinder engine version of the Camaro. GM is starting to ship the Camaro to dealers this week.

Starting with the iconic 1958 BMW Isetta 250 ‘bubble car', a team led by project co-ordinator Guido Gabriel modified the chassis, body and interior using BASF paints, fabrics and flexible foams. As well as showcasing BASF's automotive applications, the MySetta project demonstrates how they can be used to create striking fashion products such as shoes, coats and handbags; and accessories like a picnic hamper and portable stereo.
