Condition:Used

Price has been reduced an additional $100. I have a very nice original radio box, radio tuner and speaker that will fit on 1936 Chevy Sedans and Coupes. I'm sure it will fit on other late model Chevy cars too.

The radio box and speaker housings were stripped of their old paint, surface rust and crud and were painted with primer and metallic gold paint and boy do they look nice. You will not find a cleaner looking radio box and speaker anywhere here on EBay.

From what I could see, all the original transistor tubes and inner components are with the radio box.

The speaker looks nice and it is the original speaker that came with this set. Some of the wires have been wrapped with electrical tape and they look great now. From what I could see, none of the wires seem to be frayed.

The tuner unit comes with its original volume and tuner control cables and they both function like they should. The knobs are original and they still look great. The chrome radio dash plate is also in great condition.

The set is complete and beautiful, but all three units, however, have not been tested so I do not know if they work or not.

This radio set is being sold "As Is". What you see in the pictures is what you'll get. Good luck and happy bidding.

Audi TT Ultra Quattro concept (2013) first official pictures

Thu, 25 Apr 2013

This is Audi’s idea of a TT in the GT3 RS or Superleggera mould: the TT Ultra Quattro concept. Thanks to a ruthless diet and an uprated 2.0-litre TFSI turbo petrol engine, the all-wheel drive TT Ultra will launch to 62mph in 4.2sec, (1.3sec faster than a regular Audi TTS) and hit 173mph flat out. Just how light is the Audi TT Ultra?

2015 Scion FR-S gets upgraded handling, small price bump

Fri, 16 May 2014

Scion only has two cars that could be considered anything close to sporty: the FR-S and the tC. Both received light upgrades for 2015, and a slight price bump. The 2015 Scion FR-S gets better handling through a more rigid front suspension and retuning of the rear shock absorbers.

Goodwood Moving Motor Show: (almost) an unqualified success

Fri, 02 Jul 2010

The Goodwood Moving Motor Show Yesterday we toddled along to Goodwood to see the set up for this year’s Festival of Speed and to have a look at the Moving Motor Show in action for the first time. We also – courtesy of Jaguar, who had invited us for the day – got an early drive up the hillclimb-based circuit that forms part of the Moving Motor Show’s appeal for the lucky ones who got the opportunity to take the wheel of one of the impressive bunch of cars on display. And it was an impressive bunch, with everything from the Toyota Auris Hybrid to the Rolls Royce Phantom DHC via the Audi R8 and the new Jaguar XJ on offer to drive.
