On3 Performance 67mm Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbocharger

Brand New In The Box Product

Always Kept In Stock Ready To Ship

We are releasing our newest product, the On3 Performance 67mm ceramic ball bearing turbocharger.  This unit is rated to 700hp and comes standard with the polished compressor housing as you see below.  This is the same turbo we have ran on our 99 Mustang Cobra single turbo car and were making full boost on that specific application by around 27-2800rpm and 7psi.  Each turbo comes standard with oil and water-cooling but the water passages are blocked.  If you are not planning on going with water cooled as well, you will just leave the plugs in the center section.  It’s a nice feature if you application involves running water lines already or if you just wanted to have the additional cooling feature and run new lines to the turbo.

Check out our photos below just to see the detail in the photos we show.  There is nothing being hidden and we make sure to take high quality photos to show the quality and finish.  First thing you will notice is the polished aluminum compressor cover.  The back plate of the compressor cover is a billet machined and not just a simple cast piece.  Looks great when you have the turbo in a top mounted application.  The exhaust housing is a very solid casting and not porous like many others out there. Each housing is CNC machined for strict tolerances.  Specs are as followed:

Compressor:

Inducer: 66.6mm

Exducer: 84mm

Inlet: 75mm

Outlet: 50mm

Exhaust:

Flange:  T4

Outlet:  3” Vband

A/R: .81

Inducer: 74.2mm

Exducer: 64.5mm

INCLUDED WITH THE KIT:

-         (1) On 3 Performance 67mm Ceramic Ball Bearing Turbocharger

REQUIREMENT FOR THIS BALL BEARING TURBO:  The bearing structure used in this turbo will require an oil feed restrictor.  We sell the restrictor which is built into the turbo oil feed plate and is available for $25.  If this is not used, the turbo can have catastrophic failure within a matter of several dyno pulls.  This is a must and if you do not have one, make sure to call us or email us to add one to your order.

We have been building Mustang turbo systems for some time now and been proving all of our products on the cars we build around the shop and daily drive.  Personally I have ran our On3 70mm journal turbo that comes standard in every single one of our turbo systems for the last ~3 years on my daily driver.  It has around 17k miles to this point and still going strong.  No signs of wear, its been maintained, properly clocked/installed, and correct feed/drain lines ran which is key to longevity and years of continuous use.  You can buy our products with confidence and know you are getting a great product which is used by the people selling the parts and know they will do what they are supposed to, make power!

Dealer / Distributors:  If you are a shop and interested in selling our products, please contact us for more information at 614-439-0057.  We have pricing which allows a lot of people to afford to build a boosted application and looking for shops that can help distribute our products

Toyota recalls 370,000 Sienna minivans for spare-tire problem

Tue, 03 Jun 2014

Toyota is recalling certain Sienna minivans manufactured between 2004 and 2011 and sold in 20 northern and Midwestern states and the District of Columbia. The problem is a spare-tire carrier cable that may disintegrate over time due to rust, causing the tire to fall away. A total of 370,000 Sienna models are a part of this recall.

Top Gear answers critics of Electric Car Test. Again.

Wed, 03 Aug 2011

Nissan LEAF runs out of electrickery in Lincoln on the Top Gear Test Top Gear and Electric Cars do have a habit of not getting on. And they didn’t get on in the latest Top Gear test when Jeremy (in a Nissan LEAF) and James (in a Peugeot iOn) set out to demonstrate the shortcomings of EVs, the same shortcomings we we bang on about constantly. The piece by Andy Wilman on Top Gear’s site is in response to an article in the Times, where Nissan complain that ‘…‘Clarkson didn’t give our electric cars a sporting chance.’ But he did, with the Top Gear piece designed to do nothing more than debunk the claims companies like Nissan make for their electric cars.

Tesla EV stores could be banned in New Jersey

Wed, 12 Mar 2014

New Jersey has become the third U.S. state to halt the sales of Tesla cars sold directly through Tesla from company-owned outlet stores. New Jersey follows in the steps of Arizona and Texas in implementing a rule that would ban Tesla from operating its stores, which are alleged to violate state dealer-franchise laws mandating vehicles sales through third-party dealerships.
