The bolt on inspection cover has been slightly trimmed for some reason but dosent hurt anything! Candlestick has the bolt on arm with linkage! This item will clean up nicely for use or can be re-chrome plated! Item is described exactly, & sold as is! This is perfect for a Cackle Car project!
