Here is a nice gas door guard made specifically for 1950 Oldsmobile model 98.

It was manufactured back in the early 50's by Allen Products of Detroit, Michigan.

No holes to drill!  It uses the holes that Oldsmobile already had inside the gas door for the factory rubber bumpers.

MISSING: There is no hardware package with screws, tin nuts, and rubber bumpers.  Sorry.

The front is still really nice on this part.  The back has some light rust as pictured.

The First Class shipping option is a great deal.

Don't worry... you'll love it!

Don’t forget to take a look at my other ebay listings if you love old parts and ACCESSORIES! More vintage items listed every week!

///////Michigan residents will pay 6% sales tax at checkout.

International and domestic customers are welcomed. I must declare the correct selling price on Customs documents.

If you click on the "Shipping" tab above, you can enter the destination ZIP code or country and know how much for shipping RIGHT NOW, even if you are a non-US buyer! No surprises! You gotta’ love that!/////////////////

Hyundai & Kia get Google Maps integration – but not in UK

Sun, 06 Jan 2013

Hyundai and Kia are adding Google Maps functionality to their SatNav Systems in the US, but it’s not coming to the UK any time soon. In the US, Hyundai has a clever system called Blue Link (Kia has a similar system called UVO) that offers increased functionality for stuff like the SatNav, Remote Access, Location Sharing and Enhanced Recovery. It costs a few hundred dollars a year (for the all-singing, all-dancing version), but makes your Hyundai much smarter than the average bear.

Lotus Evora’s high profile waiting list

Mon, 01 Dec 2008

Lotus has certainly had its ups & downs over the years. Started and run by the legendary Colin Chapman, Lotus has always done its own thing – not always successfully, it has to be said. But the last few years has been something of a renaissance for Lotus, with the extremely able and agile Elise and its siblings selling well.
