NOS Master Cylinder Kit for Ford, Mercury & Thunderbird without Power Brakes

Up for bid is a NOS genuine Ford Master Cylinder Kit for Ford, Mercury & Thunderbird WITHOUT Power Brake.  It has wide applicability from 1952 up through 1960 and beyond for Ford products that DO NOT have power assisted brakes.  This includes the 1955-1957 Thunderbirds.  I'm very sure it is original equipment for Mercury vehicles as well, but I do not have the parts books to confirm this.  If you have a Mercury from this era, do some research before bidding, but I think you will find this is the Ford factory-correct part.  Even applicability to Edsel is likely but again, I do not have the Edsel books to confirm this.  Note that this is a completely UNOPENED, FACTORY-SEALED KIT.  They come factory sealed for a reason, so that no contamination gets on the components inside.

I have taken a picture of the 1949-1959 Ford Master Parts Catalog to show its wide applications.  ("A" stands for passenger car, "S" is Thunderbird. "52/ " means applicability from 1952 up through 1959, the end of this catalog, and beyond)  Please read the "Fine Print" below regarding shipping and returns before you bid.  Thank you for your interest in my auctions.

FINE PRINT:  As with any NOS part, there is no return if any attempt is made to install it.  IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE, IT MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE FACTORY SEAL INTACT.  I will accept returns otherwise for any reason, just keep the part in NOS condition.  Buyer agrees to these terms before bidding.  Quoted shipping is to the Lower 48 United States only.  Purchasers outside the Lower 48, please wait for my invoice.  You will be charged only the actual freight to your address.

Based on existing Legacy architecture, the Exiga has a long 2750mm wheelbase, and at 4750mm long, 1775mm wide and 1660mm high, it’s roughly the same size as Ford’s S-Max. There’s a choice of two engines – both 2.0-litre petrols and both flat fours.
