NORCOLD DE-0061 AC/DC Refrigerator/Freezer

The DE-0061 features a flush-mount self-venting design, improved cooling efficiency resulting in a low amp draw, an exceptionally quiet, hermetically sealed compressor, top-mounted controls and the addition of an interior light. The dual voltage design runs on 120V AC shore power at the dock and automatically switches to 12V or 24V DC when the boat is underway. Replaces the DE-461, DE-561 and DE-560. Complete installations require a set of exterior door panels, sold separately (Model 5388582). Black acrylic trim.

TVR sold to a new British owner, Les Edgar TVR – once the pride of Blackpool – effectively disappeared from the car scene in 2006 when its Russian owner, Nikolai Smolensky, shuttered up TVR just two years after he bought it from Peter Wheeler and last yeare announced there would never be another TVR. But it now seems TVR has been sold to a British businessman, Les Edgar, who has bought the rights to the TVR name and the right to manufacture parts for existing cars. So far, the only evidence of a return is a new splash page on the TVR website (pictured above) which tells us that TVR are ‘Roaring Back’.

“Dude, that is sick,” a rival designer gushed to Ford's Doyle Letson when the 2011 Edge Sport was revealed at the Chicago auto show last winter. “What does it look like with the real wheels on?” Letson replied, “Those are the real wheels.” The rollers in question are 22-inch forged aluminum wheels with tuxedo-black spoke accents wrapped in Pirelli tires. They look like they're stolen from a SEMA concept, and they're perhaps the single most distinguishing feature on the Sport model, which launches with the rest of the redone Edge lineup later this summer.

Bentley and Bugatti get a new boss

Volkswagen said Audi's former development chief, Wolfgang Duerheimer, will head its Bentley and Bugatti brands. It will be Duerheimer's second stint at Britain-based Bentley and France-based Bugatti. In February 2011, he took the helm at both brands for 19 months, succeeding retiring chief Franz-Josef Paefgen.
