For Sale New Old Stock Lycoming Series 360 540 720 Intake Valve. This has a Lycoming Part No. 73117 and is new in the box. In 1922, Ivan Gates organized The Gates Flying Circus. It was considered the grand daddy of all flying air shows. Made up of mostly WWI ex-military flyers, it captivated crowds with daredevil flight performances, wing walking and parachuting demonstrations. My Grandfather began his aviation career barnstorming in a $250 war surplus Jenny and then later flying for the Gates Flying Circus. Orville Wright signed his license, license number 1000. My father came along at a time my grandfather was buying surplus PT19s and Stearmans for a few hundred dollars. My father continued the passion for flying and owned dozens of aircraft over the years. My brother flew for Cole Palen's Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. In his last few days, my father's eyes twinkled when I brought some flying magazines to his bed side. In honor of my dad, I'm continuing our aviation heritage. It will be officially unveiled to the public, along with the Aston Martin Vantage S, at the 2011 Geneva motor show next week. Numbers are easy to understand, so let’s start with the figures produced by the 6.0-litre V12 shared between the trio: the DB9 has 470bhp and 442lb ft, the DBS 510bhp and 420lb ft, and the Virage sits neatly between the two with 490bhp and 420lb ft.
