Condition:New other (see details)

EXTREMELY RARE! ONLY ONE PAIR. Black, round plastic bakelite?  knobs with chrome stems for classic cars.  They came with the other radio inventory I inherited that is from 1934 to 1942.  They could fit other years; however, I make no guarantees. Please double check your car. These are NEW, ORIGINAL AFTERMARKET, radio knobs. Auction includes 1 set. I believe these knobs are made by firestone, Motorola, Crowe  (part of firestone I have been told.) or Delco.  I have removed them from the original boxes and tissue paper due to the boxes' condition. However, all have been in boxes from manufacture date until I removed them. Truly gorgeous!  I have radio items for almost every American made car from 1934-1942. If you don't see yours listed, ask me and I will start an auction for you as soon as possible. I will be shipping once per week on Fridays. Most items should get to your location within a week.  I will ship outside the U.S., but different shipping charges will apply and it will typically take longer to arrive.

New Mercedes S Class (pictured) garners 30,000 orders in first 3 months The last Mercedes S Class was with us for getting on for a decade, so it’s no surprise, with a new S Class in the offing, Mercedes ended up cutting S Class production in 2012. But now the new 2014 Mercedes S Class has arrived, and orders are starting to flood in. Mercedes are reporting that in the first three months on sale the new S Class has received more than 30,000 orders, compared to a total of 65,000 orders for the previous S Class in its last year.

Cadillac CTS-V hits the UK

Tue, 20 Jan 2009

When you think of Cadillac you tend to think of geriatric Americans coasting round God’s waiting room in Florida. Slow, old, wrinkled and not very well bolted together (and that’s just the drivers), nothing to inspire the car lover, and certainly nothing to suggest it would be a good idea to try and sell a big Cadillac saloon in the UK. Who would want to buy a slow, old fashioned Cadillac in the UK?

Pininfarina takeover would boost Magna expertise in key areas

Wed, 24 Nov 2010

Magna International Inc. would become a stronger competitor for design and development jobs if it takes over struggling car styling and engineering firm Pininfarina S.p.A., executives say. “Magna badly needs design competence, and Pininfarina has top staff,” said Paolo Tumminelli, CEO of Goodbrands GmbH, a brand and marketing consultancy based in Cologne, Germany.
