Military Surplus Genuine.  Larson Electronics 12v Spotlight.  Made in USA.  Plugs into a cigarette lighter or 12v converter.  Barely used and cord has never been unraveled.  Magnetic base to keep it in place.  Handle and adjustable base allows you to position it however you need to.

These lights were used in Iraq and Afghanistan on Hummers, MRAPs and Mine rollers.  Very bright.  Yes, it works.  Mostly Metal and feels very solid!

General Motors, facing a June 1 U.S. restructuring deadline to avoid bankruptcy, posted a $6 billion net loss in the first quarter and burned through $10.2 billion in cash as global auto sales plunged. GM had $11.6 in cash reserves on March 31, down from $14.2 billion at the end of the fourth quarter.

Audi chairman Rupert Stadler will be a keynote speaker on Jan. 6 at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The Consumers Electronics Association (CEA), host of the world’s largest tradeshow for consumer technology, will feature the Audi boss in a lineup along with Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg and Samsung president Boo-Keun Yoo.

AAA is flagging June 10 as one of the 10 deadliest days for teenagers to be on the road. Recent crash data show that six of these 10 days fall between Memorial Day and Labor Day--and five are in July. The number of teens involved in deadly traffic crashes peaks during the summer-vacation months of June, July and August.
