Very rare Lycoming Wright R1820-82 Radial engine, with ALL LOGS AND SERVICE RECORDS. Last inspected September 1988.

The R-1820 was used on many famous aircraft including B-17 Flying Fortress, Douglas Dauntless,  Douglas C-47, North American T-28B, Grumman Tracker and Grumman Albatross. This particular engine was first registered to NAS Pensecola in 1959 and in active service until 1976. It was last overhauled March 1969. Total time 5640 hours. Time since last overhaul 1072 (interval 2000hrs).

9-cylinder, air-cooled single row fixed radial 1,525hp@2,800rpm
