  • Remove the drivers door lock from the vehicle.
  • Ship the EWS 3 module, the door lock, and contact us.
  • After receiving your module we will program it, cut the keys and ship it by the next business day.
  • We do not charge you until we verify the module works on our simulators.
  • USPS Express return shipping is already included in the price.
  • Re-install the returned module, and start the vehicle with your new keys.

**Currently, we can program keys to the EWS 3 module. If your box says EWS 2 or EWS 4 we can program it.

To access the module simply remove the plastic kick panel underneath the steering wheel. The module is located left of the steering column close to the pillar. To see it you will need to lie on your back and look up into the dash. Remove the 10mm bolt on the right side and the opposite (left side) bolt only needs to be loosened to slide the module out. Ford offers C-Max Hybrid owners rebates for overstated mpg

In the wake of Ford's decision yesterday to lower its fuel mileage estimates on the C-Max hybrid, the company says it will also offer a payment to C-Max hybrid owners and lease holders for the estimated average fuel cost between the new and former mpg figures. Owners will get a check for $550 while lessees will get $325. The window sticker on the C-Max hybrid will now read 43 mpg, instead of the originally promised 47 mpg.

A NEW INITIATIVE has been launched to help women protect themselves from aggressive drivers and potential dangers if their car breaks down. The Women in Gear scheme includes an evening workshop course to teach basic maintenance and useful get-you-home tips. These are aimed at helping women sort out minor problems with their car rather than having to wait at the roadside for help.

COMPANY CAR drivers are far more likely to exceed the 70mph motorway speed limit than private motorists, according to an RAC survey. As many as 88% of those behind the wheel in firms' vehicles regularly exceed the limit compared with 67% of private motorists. Also, 62% of company of company car drivers said they reached speeds of 80mph on motorways, almost double that of regular motorists (32%).
