ITP 14x8  Wheels In Black.   Fitment is 4/110 and offset is 5+3   Wheels include Chrome center cap but do not come with valve stems, or lug nuts.    This is a new never used wheel.
This wheel has been discontinued by ITP and are becoming increasingly harder to find.
