    Fisker reveals hardtop convertible Karma S concept

    Alongside the production version of the Karma sedan at the Detroit Auto Show, Fisker debuted the second model to join the Karma range. The Karma S (for Sunset) concept is spawned from the same aluminum spaceframe that underpins the sedan, but loses a set of doors. A retractable hardtop covers the four-passenger interior.

    Hendrick buys first Corvette Stingray

    Race team owner and car dealer Rick Hendrick bought the first 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, VIN 0001, at the Barrett-Jackson car auction in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Jan. 19. Hendrick's winning bid was $1.05 million, for a car that's estimated to have a sticker price around $60,000.

    MINI has revealed the MINI Roadster Concept at Frankfurt Just like the MINI Coupe. the MINI Roadster gets a chopped – but open in this case – top with a tilted back windscreen, although from the waist down the Roadster is pure MINI. But the Roadster is promising better handling with the roll over bar shifted forward to just beahind the front seats (there are no back seats) which should make the Roadster more rigid.
