This auction is for (1) piece of  rear quarter glass for a late production 1957, and any 1958 or 1959 4-door sedan, produced by Imperial, a division of Chrysler Corporation . These are correct for Custom, Crown or LeBaron trim levels. The glass is for the right (passenger's) side of the car. This is the fixed glass panel that is located between the rear door and the C-pillar.

This glass is Solex (tinted) and was removed from a '59 Crown sedan with relatively low mileage. It is in very good to excellent condition. No chips, scratches or bubbling. Only traces of contact with the weather stripping has left a shadow line, which will probably polish out with a little bit of elbow grease, but will be hidden when installed, regardless. Some residual adhesive may be present on the edges, but will easily clean off. The vision through this is already very clear and will only improve with a little polishing effort.

Overall dimensions are approximately 14" x 22". My interchange book tells me this is correct for all 1958 and 1959 sedans. Early 1957 used a 16"x 22" glass which was switched to this size mid-year. As with any vintage car part purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility to determine fitment for your application.

Ships USPS Parcel or Priority, which ever provides a cost advantage. Use the postage calculator to determine your shipping costs or contact me with your zip code for assistance.

International buyers are welcome. Contact me in advance with shipping options.

The complimentary left side quarter glass is available in a separate auction. I will combine shipments and reduce shipping charges accordingly.

Ferrari FF: Geneva FF debut and first FF interiors

Tue, 01 Mar 2011

The Ferrari FF takes a bow at Geneva - in white We’ve had plenty to say about the Ferrari FF, Ferrari’s controversially-styled replacement for the 612 Scaglietti. The jury seems to be out on its design, with as many dissenters of the new Ferrari direction as applauders. But you can count us impressed, even more so now the FF has hit the floor in Geneva.
