These are all the FAA text books needed for study towards the Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating and Instructor Rating. There are the Flight Test Standards Books and also the Oral Exam books. With this package is also the FAR AIM book of 2002, an Airfield Facilities Directory and another one not included in the picture. Instrument Flying Hand Book.

Now these books although in an almost new condition, are in fact from 2002. Although you might still be able to study from these and still pass your exams, flight schools will encourage you to buy the latest version.

But these books since they are being sold very cheaply, would be good for those who are not yet at the stage of wanting to spend big money on the new ones, yet want to put some time into getting an insight and learning the material before hand, ready for when they do want to get the latest copies and start studying intensely.

Google is leading the charge towards autonomous driving, but most major car manufacturers are also dabbling in driverless cars.

The X1 is BMW’s smallest off-roader, sitting below X5 and X3 – and, let’s not forget, above the soon-to-be-production-ready Mini Crossover Concept. In the metal it doesn’t actually look much smaller than the X3, but it does look a hell of a lot lower.

Shortened LX rear-drive platform--Chrysler's midsize car answer?

Mon, 22 Jun 2009

Chrysler's new management team is wrestling with its first major product decision, and it's a crucial one: how to replace the slow-selling Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger. One option--a stretched version of Fiat's compact D-Evo platform--faces serious hurdles, and one early proposal--use of an Opel platform--is off the table. Now sources say Chrysler Group LLC could replace its much-maligned mid-sized cars with a model based on the Chrysler 200C EV, a concept shown at the Detroit auto show in January.
