Simply design, easy to install!

As most hobby cars sit for a long period of time between use, an electric priming pump will assist the mechanical fuel pump.  This will  insure the fuel delivery to the carburetor and stops engine flooding that comes with uneven fuel pressure.   Or eliminate the mechanical pump and use this alone (up to 400 C. I. D.).

Easy to install, as it is a simple in-line design with no vibration!

This In-line electric fuel pumps provide the needed amount of fuel whenever the engine demands it. This pump has a shut off pressure of 5 to 9 PSI at no flow conditions and will deliver 30 GPH at wide open. Comes with 1/8" pipe fittings, and 2 nipples to connect the common 5/16 gas hose.

This is a modern solenoid-type pump with advanced technology. The exclusive design provides increased vapor handling capacity. Solid state engineering has no electrical contact points to wear out and is highly resistant to voltage spikes. It also has a permanently sealed construction with no screws to loosen or leak. This pump is impervious to corrosion from alcohol blended fuels. This the same design as the pumps supplied with new cars, and is a highly reliable design.

We have sold over a thousand of these units to hobby car owners all over the world!

Designed to be used with unleaded and alcohol blended gas in your car!

Installation instructions are included.

Note: not to be used as a single pump for engines above 400 C. I. D. and may require purchase of additional fittings for cars with a 4 BBL carburetor with larger 3/8 inch gas lines.  This pump is not approved for use in marine or aircraft use or for the use on vehicles with fuel injection.

BMW MegaCity Range Extender option

Tue, 08 Feb 2011

BMW MegaCity - Range Extender option A year ago, when BMW revealed the BMW Concept ActiveE 1-Series in Detroit we had a big old press release. And inside that press release was the small gem that the MegaCity part of BMW’s project-i would include drivetrains other than electric. We’re not sure BMW ever said that its MegaCity cars would be all electric, although we’re probably not alone in having assumed that.
