The removal pipe has been turned in a lathe to make sure the pipe end is perfect and then has been polished to a beautiful uniform finish. This really is a top of the range EGR removal pipe. If you want the best, you've found it! Its easy to install, looks great and will allow you to completely remove the EGR valve and the EGR extension pipe that comes around the engine from the EGR cooler. Constructed from stainless steel you can rest assured that it will look perfect for life. The flange is 6mm thick so is solid. The holes in the flange are threaded so you can reuse the existing bolts. It has a brushed stainless finish and the end is beaded to hold the hose on. Extra bolts are provided for the EGR cooler blanking plate which is 5mm mild steel. The stainless EGR extension pipe that comes from the EGR cooler around to the front of the engine is a known weak point in the EGR system that can leave you with no turbo boost and in limp home mode if it splits/fails. Simply fit the 4mm thick plate to the EGR Cooler. This then allows you to completely remove the flimsy EGR extension pipe before it splits/fatigues due to vibration. The kit comes with full instructions with photos and can be fitted by anyone with reasonable mechanical skills in less than an hour. Life time guarantee! It seems Renault are determined to prove that an electric car – in this case the Renault Zoe EV – can travel sensible distances in a sensible period of time. So they set out to run a pair of production spec Renault Zoes round the Aubevoye speed ring in Normandy for a full twenty four hours with the aim of breaking the record for distance travelled in an electric car in that time (yes, there’s a world record for everything these days).

As in previous years for the World Car Design of the Year award, a panel of five design experts reviews all candidates before writing up recommendations for the jury of 69 international automotive journalists to consider.
