This is one of the earliest models of the iconic FRANTZ By Pass oil filter using the toilet paper filtering element. It has the cool engraved lid with 50s type graphics and double post clamps. This one has never been used and is in as nice condition as will be found. Included is the mounting bracket, accessory bag, original toilet paper filter, and complete paperwork with instructions. I have never seen one with the original yellow decal and door jamb reminder. There is some rubber staining from the bottom gasket seeping, possibly from heat over the years. The Chrysler Sebring will reportedly get a new name later this year: Nassau. The midsize sedan is due for a freshening, including an updated interior, along with its Dodge sibling, the Avenger. The Detroit Free Press, citing anonymous sources, says the new name will be Nassau.

Fernandes confirms Team Lotus-Caterham deal

Tony Fernandes has officially confirmed that Team Lotus Enterprises has taken over tiny British sports-car maker Caterham Cars. Named after the London suburb where it was founded, Caterham bought the rights to the Lotus Seven design in 1973 and has been exploiting it ever since with increasingly sophisticated models that stay true to the original concept. The company is now based in Dartford, close to the Brands Hatch race circuit.
