But that hasn’t stopped Mercedes from doing a bit of a spoiler for the show on the day before press day by releasing testing images of a disguised car, together with some solid information, instead of all the speculation we’ve been indulging in. Another odd teaser video for the Lamborghini Cabrera Lamborghini are trying to ramp up excitement for the Gallardo’s replacement with a series of teases ahead of a reveal we expect to happen in public at Geneva in the spring, but which could arrive long before online. We hope. We hope, because the teasers Lamborghini are publishing are a bit odd, to say the least.

Engineered and designed in Europe, the ix20 is the second car – after the bigger ix35 crossover – to adopt the family's new 'fluidic sculpture' design look.The ix20 will be on UK sale from November 2010. No word yet on the powertrains on offer, but we'd expect similar 1.1 and 1.4 petrols and 1.4 diesel as the similarly engineered Venga.Anything else at Paris 2010?
