This tachometer is from m 1967 Datsun 1600 roadster. When it was in my car, it would typically get stuck around 3000 rpm. It would rarely go higher than that, and then it would take a long time to drop back down. I tried a new tach cable with it and that wasn't the problem. I'm guessing someone with more skills than myself could fix it.

The small Cadillac was one of the surprises at the 2010 Los Angeles auto show and our reporters on the ground are calling it one of the hits of the show. For an extra £750 you can have a climate pack which includes auto lights and wipers, and for £1500 you get a clever touch-screen satnav.
