Shipping:

• Motor City Corvette Parts processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
• In some cases, shipments may arrive next business day. Business days are considered normal working days, which are Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
• We use United States Parcel Service (USPS) to ship orders to ensure the highest standards for the most reasonable price.
• There will be cases were we will use other postal services like UPS, Fedex, Purolator, etc. These cases are if the product is not in a specific warehouse and the order cannot be shipped otherwise (ie Freight or Oversized Items).

Returns:

• Items marked "Returns not Accepted" do not fall under our return policy.  
• All items marked "Returns Accepted" can be returned within the first 14 days and will have a 15% restocking fee.  
• Buyer must pay for return shipping.  
• Items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped to you, and your package will be inspected before a refund is given.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If a product arrives broken, damaged or is not the correct product as indicated on the order, the product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• There is no restocking fee for these items.
• If you have an incorrect or damaged item, you must send detailed pictures of the part including any labels, the box and pictures of the product itself.

• Custom ordered items, including Lloyds Floor Mats, Covercraft Branded Items including Car Covers, Seat Covers, Dash Mats and Front End Covers, Embroidered Items, Custom Painted Items, Custom Interior & Accessories, Glass, Freight Fiberglass Panels, Complete Bodies, Complete Front and Rear Ends, Special Order Items, Differentials, and Axles are not returnable.
• If any product is modified, altered, painted, installed or disassembled in any way without our expressed written permission, the item is non-returnable.
• There are no returns on used parts.
