This Clarion CDC 1205 Digital Audio/Twin6  12-Disc CD Changer worked perfectly when it was in my vehicle. I am the original owner, it has been in only one car, a Cadillac Seville, when the lease was up this device was removed, put in a box and has not been used since. It worked perfectly. I believe everything that is needed is here; the changer itself, the dashboard controller and the two cartridges - each holding 6 separate discs. I took the photos quickly so that I didn't have time to think about selling it, but it will be cleaned more thoroughly. One flaw, it appears that there is a frayed spot on the wire, hopefully someone handy will bid on it. All I know is when we go to a car show, I can't help but think, why am I saving this great piece of audio equipment. It was in a beautiful, brand new car then, maybe now it will be found in a classic automobile playing some great tunes. Now that would be cool!

Classic Design Concepts to debut "Bad Penny" Ford Mustang

Thu, 31 Oct 2013

There won't be a shortage of custom-built Ford Mustangs at the upcoming SEMA show in Las Vegas, and there's one car that's already making waves before the show has even started. Classic Design Concepts has published photos and details of the "Bad Penny" Mustang that will be debuting at the show, and the company promises that it will be as fast and as mean as it looks. The base vehicle used for the build is a 2014 Ford Mustang GT, with a 5.0-liter four-valve Ti-VCT V8 engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission.

The most exclusive Mercedes-Benz G-class is this stretched BINZ

Fri, 20 Sep 2013

If you thought the G63 AMG was the meanest and most exclusive version of the Mercedes-Benz G-class that you could buy today, you haven't seen the version that Mercedes-Benz coachbuilder BINZ GmbH has been making for more than two decades. That's right, the smug owners of those G63 AMGs you see parked in front of trendy restaurants downtown do not, in fact, possess the coolest version of the long-running G-class. BINZ is known in other markets as the maker of Mercedes-Benz limousines and ambulances, but their wares are almost entirely unknown in the western hemisphere.

Geneva motor show: Autoweek editors' picks

Wed, 05 Mar 2014

From the wildest, most absurd supercars only a few oligarch gazillionaires will ever own to dinky econohaulers giving mobility to whole populations, Geneva had it all. We ogled everything from McLarens and Maseratis to Twingos and Tatas. If in fact Europe is still struggling in some ways to recover from the recession, it sure didn't look that way at the Geneva motor show: The Swiss show was out of neutral and had the hammer down.
