I have the Cessna Citation Ultra 560 Pilot's Abbreviated NORMAL and EMERGENCY Checklist. They are not seal...but both checklists have a plastic cover and back cover for ultimate protection. The only imperfection on the checklist is the writing "For Training Only" and the intial "RAC", otherwise in Mint condition throughout each checklist. The checklist are version 13....the latest version.
