Listed is a very rare item. A Chris Craft model "Q" intake manifold. In good condition and used in fresh water only. I have had this one dipped, cleaned and magnifluxed. The casting marks on the bottom are NOT cracks. I almost threw this away thinking they were. Marine Discounters (used parts division) buys salvage and unwanted boats and parts them out. T-Mobile offers service to block cell calls, text messages while driving
Thu, 20 Jan 2011The next step in the effort to keep people from using cell phones for calls and text messages while driving has arrived--a service that senses when the phone is moving at carlike speeds and automatically handles calls and messages. T-Mobile is providing the service, called DriveSmart, for its customers who use the LG Optimus T, a mobile phone that runs the Android operating system. T-Mobile says it will make the service available on other handsets soon.

Sun, 29 Aug 2010The Lamborghini Jota snapped on the Autobahn The last news we had on the Lamborghini Jota - Lambo’s replacement for the now quite ancient Murcielago – was a pointless tease for the Jota sent to us in July by Lamborghini with a photo of a Lamborghini bonnet in half shadow replete with Lamborghini badge. Oh, and the highly original strapline: Coming Soon… Which we knew. We’ve been reporting on the Jota for quite some time (and on the halo Lamborghini we expect it to spawn – the Lamborghini Urus) so there are likely no huge surprises – except just how it’s going to look.
Koenigsegg Agera R smashes six Guinness world records: Video
Wed, 30 Nov 2011Koenigsegg, our favorite hard-to-pronounce Swedish supercar manufacturer, got the word on Wednesday that its latest car has broken six world records. The Agera R, which uses a twin-turbocharged 5.0-liter V8 engine, sprinted from 0 to 300 kph (186.4 mph) in a Stephen Hawking-impressing 14.53 seconds. For us nonmetric types, the Agera R also went from 0 to 200 mph in 17.68 seconds; both runs were verified with a Racelogic VBox recorder.
