Aston Martin DB5 James Bond SKYFALL video preview

As we reported back in February, the makers of the new James Bond film, Skyfall, have decided to sprinkle a bit of historic Bond fairy dust on their new movie with the return of the Aston Martin DB5 to Bond. And with the release of Skyfall getting closer (it debuts in the UK on 26th October) the makers are getting a bit of Aston Martin PR rolling with this video showing the DB5 in action on the Bond set.

Sadly, my expectations and preconceptions were pretty much evidenced in the first corner, as the 207 CC turned in quite well but accompanied by some less than pleasant flexing which I expected to get worse as I pushed on. Saab gets latest lifeline via $5 million infusion from Chinese company
Tue, 13 Dec 2011Saab has been on the edge of collapse since a cash shortage early this year forced it to halt production. Now Automotive News reports that a last-minute payment from China's Zhejiang Youngman Lotus Automobile has given the Swedish carmaker yet another shot. Youngman wants to get a stake in Saab and has taken the first step by giving the company $5 million to cover tax expenses, with another $26.43 million forthcoming for unpaid salaries and $13.18 million more before the end of December.
