These were popular in the late '70s through the '80s. It was made to fit Reynolds luggage racks, but it will fit many others that are frame mounted. It is fiberglass. It is sun beat. It has the original first paint. There are no cracks and the rubber seal is in good condition. The latch works, but there is no key. It would be an easy project to refinish.
