Citroen has kicked off the new year with a special edition DS3. The DStyle Red and DSport Red follow the usual special edition recipe: new colours, more kit, and less cash. But would you put up with that bright splash of red to score better value for money?

Aspid GT-21 Invictus revealed – sort of

Aspid – the Spanish supercar maker which was IFR Aspid – has revealed the first images, and video, of the new Aspid GT-21 Invictus. IFR Aspid made the Caterham-esque – and rather bonkers – Aspid SuperSport, but after a change of name to just ‘Aspid’ they teased a new car back in May, which looked to be more mainstream. That tease arrives as the Aspid GT-21 Invictus, which takes the starting point of the very ‘open’ SuperSport and clothes it in a new body that turns it in to more of a GT car – even if it still gets open front wheels.

Infiniti goes back to the Q

Infiniti will completely rename its product portfolio next summer, returning to the letter “Q” from the brand's early history for every car, and “QX” for every Infiniti crossover and SUV. The company is undertaking the change to prepare for a broader array of future products around the world, says Johan de Nysschen, worldwide president of the brand. Infiniti's current lineup of sedans will become the Q50, Q60 and Q70.
