NOS parts are defined as parts that are original from the OEM manufacturer that have never been used on a vehicle. These parts may be 50 days or 150 years old and I have no way of telling. It does not mean that a part is absolutely perfect in every possible way.  NOS parts may have small imperfections or shelf wear.
