For sale is a 2001 40h/p Johnson that was removed from a Boston Whaler and a four stroke was installed in it's place. This motor has been professionaly maintained and is a one owner motor. Motor has tilt& trim,140# compression in both cylinders and comes with control box and battery cables. This motor is a 20" shaft motor,So your transom must be 20" or less.I will ship motor, but buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. There will also be a $50.00 crate fee for shipping. Payment will be a wire transfer only if motor is being shipped. I will not accept PayPal as payment for this item. This motor is local pickup also if buyer prefers. Latest figures from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) show there were 176,820 new vehicles registered in April - an 8.2% rise on the same month last year. Last month's figure took the total for the year so far to 864,942 - a 12.5% increase on the first four months of 2013.
