Type:Vehicle Specific Subwoofer Warranty:No Brand:Acura Country/Region of Manufacture:Mexico Manufacturer Part Number:39120-S0K-000-M1 Speaker Size:9"

Up for sale is a 1999-2003 Acura TL Subwoofer. This subwoofer was removed because my brother got an aftermarket headunit installed. The subwoofer was a pain to get hooked up. He opted for a subwoofer to be used in the factory location and an amp making this not needed. This subwoofer was working perfect before swapping it out. It bumped pretty good for a factory unit. The abnormal part of it is it works at a very low impedance which the factory head unit works on and its an unusual 9". This will fit pretty much all Acura TL of this year range. If you have any questions please message me. I require payment within 24 hours after purchase. Thanks for looking.

Mini John Cooper Works WRC: the roll cage in detail

Wed, 06 Jul 2011

Mini claims it’s created the safest WRC car ever – with a little help from Prodrive.  And to prove the point, they’ve opened up the Mini Countryman WRC’s innards and spilled some of the secrets of its rollcage. The Countryman racer is stripped and fitted with a new type of rollcage designed by Prodrive. Its beams curve outwards and the Banbury engineers say it has been designed to withstand impacts much better than the straight crossbeams used in most WRC cars.

Audi Q7 Project by Project Kahn

The Audi Q7 Project by Project Khan Having worked over the products of Land Rover in recent years to keep the orange inhabitants of Cheshire loftily mobile, Project Khan has now decided that Audi is deserving of its gifts and has set about ‘Khan-ising’ the Audi Q7. And actually, in many ways, the Audi Q7 benefits from some of Khan’s work. The Audi Q7 isn’t the most iconic or visually appealing SUV on the planet, and rather than detracting from what’s on offer some aspects of the Audi Q7 Project do enhance.

VW Touareg BlueMotion hits the UK

Fri, 12 Jun 2009

Volkswagen has announced the VW Touareg BlueMotion for the UK Offering improved economy and lower emissions, the Touareg BlueMotion manages to drop in to a lower Co2 band by emitting 219g/km (a reduction from 244g/km on the V6 TDi) and it delivers 34mpg as opposed to 30.4mpg on the V7 TDi. These improvements have been achieved by the usual ECU tweaking, low rolling resistance tyres, some aerodynamic tweaks and a lower ride height (exactly the same sort of stuff that Ford has done on the EConetic range). And the penalty for the lower emissions and better economy is very slight, with the Touareg BlueMotion still managing the 0-60mph in 8.5 seconds and a top speed of  126mph.
