Bayliner Hatch
It came off of a 1996 26" Bayliner.  It was on the inside of the transom wall.  
It can be used as floor piece or whatever you want.
Its in great condition. It comes with the aluminum frame.
The latches are nice and are spring loaded.  
The rubber lining is in good condition too.
I put the dimensions in the second picture.
All around nice hatch.
